You are welcome to write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices and handles its own workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, the usual first step is to contact the provider directly and keep written notes.
Please tell us too. Feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Producerspersons Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm we received your email, usually within a few business days. Then we will review the matter, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
